Price Rating: 3/5

  • Valet parking is available… huge plus since parking in Baltimore is a nightmare
  • Restaurant had a trendy, hipster feel
  • Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu items
  • The staff were all polite and super attentive (any trash or unfinished dish was quickly taken away by the staff)

“Happy Spoon” – Oyster, Uni, Ikura, Tobiko, Ponzu Creme Fraiche
Rating: 5/5

  • It looks disgusting (I am a very picky eater), but it was delicious
  • So many different flavors, all on one spoon

Beau Soliel Oysters on the Half Shell, Ponzu, Scallion
Rating: 3/5

  • Fresh and tasty, but nothing special

Seaweed Salad – Soy-Dashi, Vinegar, Creamy Sesame
Rating: 3/5

  • A little too salty for my taste
  • Fresh ingredients, but not much better than seaweed salad sold at your local grocery store

Savory Egg Custard – Prawn, Scallop, Shitake, Ikura, Mitsuba
Rating: 4/5

  • Unique mix of ingredients resulting in a lot of flavor
  • The egg reminded me of a fancy version of the steamed egg you find at a lot of Korean barbeque places

Pabu Wings “Nagoya Style” – Japanese Pepper, Tokyo BBQ Sauce
Rating: 4.5/5

  • Wings were hot, perfect kick of spiciness
  • There was so much flavor, I just wish the portion was a little bigger

  • Again, the fish was fresh and the rice was perfect

Rainbow – California with 4 fish
Rating: 5/5

  • Another amazing dish in our meal
  • Fish was fresh and I think the restaurant uses real crab meat for the roll

Pumpkin S’Mores – Pumpkin Cake, Spiced Ganache, Toasted Fluff, Pumpkin Pie Sorbet, Fried Pecans
Rating: 4.5/5

  • The presentation is horrible, but it was delicious… I wish the dessert had more of the sorbet
  • This dessert came from the Four Season’s Wit & Wisdom menu, our waitress offered us both dessert menus since both restaurants are located inside of the Four Seasons hotel

Anniversary Surprise! – Butterscotch Sorbet… I could not find it listed on the menu
Rating: 2/5

  • I am not a big butterscotch fan, but the gelatin cubes and sprinkles on top added some flavor
  • Our waitress and hostess both wished us a happy anniversary (my bf told them when he made our reservation)… the staff’s service was really impressive, I cannot emphasize that enough
